The Harvard University Department of History of Art and Architecture seeks to appoint a tenure-track professor in Southern Renaissance art at the level of assistant professor. The appointment is expected to begin on July 1, 2016. The tenure-track professor will be responsible for instruction, course development, and advising at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
Basic Qualifications: Doctorate in History of Art and Architecture or related discipline ordinarily required by the time the appointment begins.
Additional Qualifications: Exceptional promise as a scholar and teacher.
