 The Willibald Sauerländer Award honours and supports early career research in the history of art history.
The prize funded by CONIVNCTA FLORESCIT Friends of the Zentralinstitut für Kunstgeschichte honors the memory of Willibald Sauerländer (1924-2018), from 1970 to 1989 director of the Zentralinstitut für Kunstgeschichte and an honorary professor at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität Munich.

Terra Foundation Research Travel Grants
The Terra Foundation for American Art Research Travel Grants provide support to doctoral, postdoctoral, and senior scholars from both the US and outside the US for research topics dedicated to the art and visual culture of the United States prior to 1980.
