Appel à candidature : Bourses de trois à cinq mois de la bibliothèque Hertziana (Rome, 2016)

Biblioteca HertzianaLa bibliothèque Hertziana — Institut pour l’Histoire de l’Art Max Planck — accorde des bourses de trois à cinq mois  à des jeunes chercheurs en histoire de l’art pour des missions dans les musées publics et privés.  Ces missions se rapportent à des projets sur l’art italien, en relation avec les activités des musées (préparation scientifique d’une exposition, édition d’un catalogue, etc.).

Les boursiers doivent résider principalement à Rome, participer aux activités de la bibliothèque Hertziana, et communiquer le résultat de leurs recherches lors d’une conférence délivrée  à la Hertziana.

Les dossiers de candidature comporteront une présentation du projet de recherches du candidat (3 pages), un CV, une bibliographies des travaux publiés, et l’indication de la période souhaitée pour le séjour à Rome.

The Bibliotheca Hertziana – Max Planck Institute for Art History, periodically assigns for a minimum of three and maximum of five months one or more short-term fellowships to art historians employed in museums (public and private) for projects on Italian art which have to be related to the respective museum activities (scientific preparation of an exhibition, editing a catalog, etc.).

It is expected that the scholarship recipients reside mainly in Rome during the term of the scholarship, regularly participate in the events at the Bibliotheca Hertziana, and report on their research in an institute lecture.

Applications must include a presentation of the applicant’s research project (max. 3 pages), CV, bibliography of publications, and an indication of the period for which the scholarship is desired. The material should be sent by mail at any time to the Executive Director of the Bibliotheca Hertziana, Via Gregoriana 28, I-00187 Rome, and should also be sent in advance by e-mail to kubersky(at)biblhertz.it.
