The Art History Department at Tel Aviv University seeks candidates for a senior full time position in the research track with a focus on Modern Art History
Beginning October 2013
Requirements:
PhD degree in Art History with a focus on the 19th and 20th century, including Israeli Art; research and publication record of international academic standard in these fields; teaching capabilities in Hebrew and English of graduate and undergraduate courses in these fields; supervision of advanced students; management skills.

The academic rank and terms of employment will be determined by the experience and skills of the candidate according to the University’s regulations.
The appointment procedures are subject to Tel Aviv University Appointment Bylaws and to the approval of the appropriate academic authorities.
