 Désireux de récompenser et promouvoir les travaux de chercheurs portant sur le XIXe siècle, le Comité de Liaison des Associations Dix-neuviémistes (CL 19) a créé un prix annuel destiné à couronner une thèse de doctorat ou un mémoire de troisième cycle portant sur le XIXe siècle (1789-1914). Ce prix a été décerné pour la première fois en 2016, dans l’esprit du CL 19, qui réunit sociétés savantes, groupes de recherche, musées, bibliothèques et institutions culturelles concernées par l’étude du XIXe siècle.

Prix XVIIe siècle : appel à candidatures (ouvrages parus en 2021)
Depuis 1984, la Société d’Etude du XVIIe siècle décerne, chaque année, un Prix XVIIe siècle assorti d’une somme de 2000 euros. Ayant pour but d’encourager la diffusion d’un savoir rigoureux auprès du plus large public, ce Prix récompense, sans exclusive de discipline, un ouvrage traitant du XVIIe siècle, paru l’année précédente.
Les auteurs dont l’ouvrage est paru durant l’année 2021 sont invités à candidater en adressant leur livre en double exemplaire avant le 31 mars 2022, au Président de la Société d’Etude du XVIIe siècle, à l’adresse suivante :

Société d’Etude du XVIIe siècle : aide au financement d’événements scientifiques
La Société d’Etude du XVIIe siècle accorde régulièrement un soutien à des événements scientifiques centrés sur le XVIIe siècle (toutes disciplines confondues).
Les candidats à cette aide devront fournir un argumentaire détaillé du colloque ou de la journée prévue, un programme prévisionnel et un budget de l’événement.
La somme allouée ne pourra pas excéder 500 € (800 € pour les événements organisés par de jeunes chercheurs non statutaires).
Les demandes sont à adresser au président de la Société, Jean-Robert Armogathe (armogathe@gmail.com) et à la secrétaire générale, Lise Michel (lise.michel@unil.ch). Elles seront examinées par le Conseil d’Administration.
