Two institutions with different cultural backgrounds but shared fundamental principles and objectives – the Centro internazionale di studi di architettura Andrea Palladio, Vicenza and the Stiftung Bibliothek Werner Oechslin, Einsiedeln – have joined forces to launch the TABLINUM initiative. The aim is to promote greater interest in rigorous research, in particular conducted on historical sources (i.e. the key tool in humanistic research), by offering fellowships. Afin d’encourager les projets postdoctoraux d’excellence, l’Institut national d’histoire de l’art (INHA) attribue en 2024 grâce à une subvention du ministère de l’Enseignement supérieur, de la recherche (MESR) deux contrats postdoctoraux d’une durée d’un an, éventuellement renouvelable une fois (soit d’une durée de deux ans maximum). Le montant de la rémunération mensuelle est de 2 183 € net (avant prélèvement à la source). L’Institut interuniversitaire néerlandais d’histoire de l’art de Florence (Nederlands Interuniversitair Kunsthistorisch Instituut, NIKI) offre des bourses pour les chercheurs doctorants ou postdocs affiliés à des universités non néerlandaises. Ces bourses consistent en € 350,00 pour les frais de voyage (€ 700,00 pour les candidats d’universités non européennes), en un logement gratuit à l’Institut et un poste de travail à la bibliothèque pour une durée maximale de trois mois.
Les boursiers doivent consacrer tout leur temps au projet de recherche, n’avoir aucune autre obligation pendant la durée de la bourse et présenter les résultats de leur recherche à la fin de leur séjour.
