During the 36th CIHA Congress, 21 interviews with participants (chairs, speakers, and attendees) were conducted with the aim of preserving a record of the event. The brief interviews captured the participants’ firsthand impressions and experiences on several points: the organization of the Congress and its various programs, the human element, key highlights, as well as the opportunities provided by the theme, the gatherings, and the connections made.

Ce colloque a pour ambition de questionner sur une échelle de plusieurs siècles le phénomène de « monstration » de l’architecture dans ses dimensions matérielle, événementielle et symbolique. The Creative Space Fellowship, funded by the Association of Friends of the Zentralinstitut für Kunstgeschichte CONIVNCTA FLORESCIT e.V., gives freelance curators and art historians employed in museums the opportunity of pursuing research in connection with a collection or an exhibition. The fellowship is meant to create a “creative scientific space” in order to reflect on collections and exhibitions and to develop ideas and concepts. The Willibald Sauerländer Award honours and supports early career research in the history of art history
The prize, funded by CONIVNCTA FLORESCIT Friends of the Zentralinstitut für Kunstgeschichte, honours the memory of Willibald Sauerländer (1924–2018), from 1970 to 1989 director of the Zentralinstitut für Kunstgeschichte and an honorary professor at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität Munich.

The Albert Ottenbacher Fellowship, sponsored by the Association of Friends of the Zentralinstitut für Kunstgeschichte e.V. The fellowship is named in memory of Albert Ottenbacher (1950–2022) and honors his commitment to provenance research at the ZI.

The Jutta Held Award honours and supports early career research in art history with a socio-political focus.
The award, funded by Stiftung Kritische Kunst- und Kulturwissenschaften, honours the memory of Jutta Held (1933–2007), one of the first female professors of art history. Cette recherche menée par l’université de Liège, en collaboration avec la Bibliothèque nationale de France, repose en grande partie sur les fonds de son département des Estampes et de la photographie, l’un des plus riches au monde pour l’estampe ancienne. Le noyau fondateur en est la collection de Michel de Marolles (1600-1681), qui fut achetée par Colbert en 1667 pour le compte du roi Louis XIV.
